- Watching this video was a worthwhile investment of 45 minutes. Very impressive and I am proud of our workmen. Elsewhere in Asia for a project like this, they hire the services of the North American and European engineers and experts. In this case, I believe, this was all done by the Indian engineers. The video is very educative to understand what went into the successful making of this huge and beautiful airport. The passenger check in area looks exactly like Singapore Changi's. The drinking water sources at regular intervals is very well designed (in London's Heathrow they cannot think of providing free drinking water to their passengers). The interiors are very pleasing. The statue of the Buddha is one of the most photographed icons at the IGIA T3. Overall, it is a very pleasant experience to use this airport, with all staff members - customs and immigration included - being courteous and friendly. My only problem is that in the arrival area, unlike Singapore Changi's, no thought was given for an internal train or other fast moving transport system for passengers, especially the elderly, infirm, and children, to negotiate the long distances from the plane to the immigration. It is another story that the human resource for the immigration counters has not been well designed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, so that one finds long lines of arriving passengers, especially in the mornings and the evenings. This is an area that needs to be looked at and addressed.

- I watched the megastructure videos for both Delhi and Mumbai, and I have to say, both are very impressive. The Mumbai airport looks more beautiful with a better peacock design, though. It's nice to see the new India...
